Ski Lease Policies:

A ski lease is a convenient and affordable way to enjoy the winter season in Tahoe. Sierra Mountain Properties offers a number of homes and town homes located on the North Shore, Tahoe City Area and on the West Shore Homewood/Tahoma Area.

To reserve a ski lease property, a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent is required, along with a completed credit application and a $30.00 credit check charge for at least one person named on the lease. The full amount of rent, plus the security and utility deposits are typically due 45 days prior to the start of the lease. The rates quoted include everything except gas, electric, long distance phone, firewood, and snow removal. Pets permitted in pet friendly properties only upon approval.
